What is Graia?

Graia is a new tech brand formed by combining Mplus legacy firms: Bulb, Geomant, and Buzzeasy. It offers a single engagement platform with Agentic ccaas and AI-powered capabilities.

Who owns Graia?

Graia and all three legacy firms remain fully owned by Bosqar Invest.

What are the branding changes?

Buzzeasy is now fully merged into Graia. Its website redirects to Graia.ai. Geomant and Bulb sites stay live for legacy use only.

What is the new email domain?

Everyone moving to the Graia brand will use: @Graia.ai

What is the new email signature format?

Your signature must include name, role, Graia brand, Graia.ai, and the disclaimer.

Where can I find the email signature template?

It's on sharepoint or in the Brand Toolkit. Link will be shared.

Can I still use my old email during transition?

Yes, old emails will forward to your new @Graia.ai inbox during the transition.

Where can I find Graia brand templates?

Templates like logos, slides, and letterhead are on the Brand Hub. Link to follow.

When should I stop using legacy brand assets?

Use Graia branding for all new work.

Is there a Graia overview presentation?

Yes. It's on the Sales Enablement sharepoint. Includes brand, platform, and mission.

Is there a First Pitch Deck for Graia?

What is Agentic CCaaS?

It’s a next-gen ccaas platform with smart AI agents built for real-time empathy and automation.

What is the Agentic AI Platform?

Also known as AI Studio, it's a no-code/low-code builder for smart, business-ready AI agents.

What legacy products continue under old brands?

Cempresso remains under Bulb. Geomant exits Avaya/Genesys and wallboards. Buzzeasy is now Graia.

Who do I contact for legacy product ownership questions (e.g., Cempresso)?

Reach out to the designated product leads. A link will be shared.

What is the organizational structure of Graia?

Graia is structured by function—Product, Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Ops. Leaders will share team orgs with their teams. A full leadership chart is included below.

Will there be town halls or info sessions?

Yes. Leadership will host Q&As and roadshows. Invites will follow.

When should I stop using legacy brand assets?

Use Graia branding for all new work. Legacy assets usage is allowed only until (Insert Date).

What happened to Geomant, Bulb, and Buzzeasy?

All brands are now part of Graia. Buzzeasy is fully rebranded. Geomant and Bulb tech will also continue to offer existing services without any disruptions for the foreseeable future under the same brands for existing customers and the Graia brand for new customers.

What products and services does Graia offer?

Graia’s core platform includes Agentic CCaaS and the Agentic AI Platform. We also offer full consulting, system integration, and delivery services—both for Graia and top third-party CX & AI platforms.

What does Agentic ccaas mean?

A cloud-native ccaas platform powered by smart, intent-aware AI agents. It automates and assists in real time-across chat, voice, and messaging-using adaptive, autonomous logic.

What does the Agentic AI Platform offer?

It’s our enterprise-grade AI platform to build Agentic agents and apps. Customers automate workflows across sales, support, HR, IT, and more - unlocking the AI Agent Twin workforce.

Will existing contracts from Bulb, Geomant, and Buzzeasy be honored?

Yes. All active contracts will stay in place and be fully honored for the entire agreed term.

Will pricing change for existing solutions or services under Graia?

No. Contracted pricing remains locked in for the full duration of your existing agreement.

Can partners resell Graia?

Will Graia maintain GDPR and security compliance?

Yes. Data handling, compliance, and security continue as before. Documentation is available on request.

Is Graia a new company or a rebrand?

Graia is a new, unified brand built on the strength of Bulb, Geomant, and Buzzeasy.

Will support contacts change?

No. You’ll keep working with the same great support teams from Bulb, Geomant, and Buzzeasy.
